Offering aggressive styling and functional performance; our fully adjustable DTM style rear wing is designed to work in conjunction with our carbon fiber rear deck lid spoiler and improves rear down force and stability at higher speeds.
The rear wing mounting piece and uprights are a single piece, manufactured from T-6061 aircraft grade aluminum and our full carbon fiber wing element includes adjustable struts as well as machined aluminum end plates with the RENNtech logo.
The rear wing mounting plate with wing uprights attaches to the trunk lid via the included trunk reinforcement mounting plate. This allows the wing to bolt behind the license plate and can easily be removed or installed within 10 minutes.

A RENNtech modified SLR, SLS and SL65 Black Series were featured in the February, 2012 Issue of Playboy International in Slovenia. The photographers from Playboy Slovenia (lucky guys) came out for an all day shoot of these three vehicles both at our Lake Park facilities and at Palm Beach International Raceway (PBIR).

Our proprietary ECU upgrade for the Mercedes M157 engine offers huge gains in performance across the entire RPM range without sacrificing around town comfort or daily driver reliability.
Our ECU tune offers the biggest performance gains on the market; increasing performance from 556 HP and 550 lb/ft torque, to an astonishing 669 HP and 734 lb/ft at the crank! This allows the M157 engine to run the quarter mile on D.O.T. street tires in an impressive 11.3 seconds at 125 mph with 0-60 mph coming in a mere 3.4 seconds.
Equipped with drag radials on the vehicle we were able to achieve an even more impressive quarter mile time. The M157 engine was able to rocket down the drag strip; clocking a quarter mile time of of 10.9 seconds @ 129 mph with 0-60 mph coming in 3.2 seconds!
Note: We have found the new M157 engine stock performance numbers vary from the baseline figures claimed by Mercedes Benz. We typically see slightly higher baseline numbers than claimed by the factory.
RENNtech was pleased to be on hand for the 2012 Mercedes Benz Driving Experience- Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic this past weekend.
Hosted by the local Mercedes Benz Dealership and RENNtech partner in the Dominican Republic, Autozama, the event catered to more than 200 customers and gave those in attendance a chance to experience the power of AMG through autocross events as well as guided laps and professional driver demonstrations.
RENNtech owner Hartmut Feyhl was on hand along with F1 Safety Car Driver Bernd Maylander, RJ Lopez and Antonio Imbert as special driving instructors for the event.
The event also served to introduce the all new Mercedes C63 Coupe and guests were given test rides as well as on track demonstrations of the latest AMG. Other vehicles included nearly a dozen RENNtech modified vehicles including a tuned CLS 63 Biturbo with a RENNtech differential, SLS Gullwing’s, C63′s and a RENNtech fully modified SLR.

SARASOTA, Fla. – Imagine owning a car that attracts so much attention people jump in it and pose for pictures when you park it on the street.
A one-of-a-kind, entirely chromed-out Mercedes SL 600 could be yours.
After owning it for four years Florida businessman Doug Mansfield has decided to auction it off and donate the proceeds to organizations for the blind.
He says he was moved by an experience he had with blind children in a convenience store more than a decade ago that encouraged him to donate to the cause.
“For myself, it’s like what would it like to be blind and not to be able to see the sky and water and flowers and it’s like, they’ve got a tough life. And anything that I can do to contribute, I’d do,” he said.
The chrome convertible has a 650-horsepower twin turbo engine that can send it soaring to speeds over 200 miles-per-hour.
It will be auctioned off at the Barrett-Jackson Palm Beach Collector Car Auction in April and is expected fetch more than a quarter-million dollars.
RENNtech powered SLR once again shattered its own 1/4 mile record of 10.29 @ 134 mph (215 kmh), with an astonishing 9.76 @ 140.8 mph (226 kmh) run!
