Our proprietary ECU tuning software was developed in house along side our BMW Tuning program and offers significant gains in performance for both the “S” and John Cooper Works (JCW) version Mini’s making an additional 45 HP and 40 lb/ft at the crank!

CL 63 RENNtech Long Tube Headers
Thursday, September 22nd, 2011RENNtech is proud to announce our latest proprietary exhaust component for the CL63 ( C216), our stainless steel long tube headers. RENNtech T-304 stainless headers are purge welded and feature top of the line big tube 2″ diameter tubing. The headers and high quality 200 cell tri-metal sport cats are then ceramic coated to reduce latent heat in the engine compartment as well as combat against thermal stress.
Our long tube headers produce an incredible exhaust note and bump the already potent CL 63′s performance an additional 25 hp and 13 lb/ft of torque at the wheels.

SLS Long Tube Headers
Wednesday, July 13th, 2011Designed and engineered in house specifically for the SLS, our long tube headers feature high quality, tri-metal, 200 cell sport catalytic cells and are ceramic coated to reduce heat in the engine compartment as well as combat against thermal stress.
The long primary tube design allows for improved low end torque resulting in quicker response off the line and in bottom end performance. The reduction in exhaust system back pressure and free flowing design also dramatically improves overall performance. This coupled with the head turning exhaust note truly makes for a bark as wicked as its bite.

Audi R8 V10 Stainless Exhaust System
Tuesday, June 28th, 2011Available from RENNtech, the latest stainless steel exhaust system from Capristo for the Audi R8 V10 engine. This system bolts into the existing mounting points and utilizes exhaust valves which are freely programmable via the included remote control.
The system can be driven in cruise, sport or open mode (exhaust gas valves completely open). The opening and closing points of cruise and sport mode are programmable via the key remote control buttons. When in full open mode, the exhaust flow is diverted past the muffler and exits directly via the tailpipes.

RENNtech Porsche 997.2 TT Muffler Bypass Exhaust Now Available
Thursday, May 12th, 2011Our proprietary muffler bypass exhaust system is the answer to the inherently quiet factory and aftermarket exhaust systems currently on the market for the 997.2 3.8L Turbo /Turbo S. The variable turbocharger itself acts like a muffler and when coupled with even a cat bypass sport muffler, is still fairly reserved and quiet.
Our muffler bypass exhaust removes the bulky factory exhaust system (saving nearly 40 lbs of weight behind the rear axle) and utilizes 200 cell HJS tri-metal sport catalytics with center muffler bypass pipes. The result is a dramatic reduction in rear vehicle weight which produces and intoxicating sound both at idle and wide open throttle, with no drone or resonance in the cabin, even at highway cruising speeds in top gear.
Our system is complemented by the added performance of a RENNtech ECU tune and reuses the factory tips or any other aftermarket tip designed to work with the OEM system.

RENNtech SLS Long Tube Headers and Carbon Exterior Upgrades
Friday, March 11th, 2011Designed and engineered in house specifically for the SLS, our long tube headers are finally ready for production. In fact, we currently have two customers eagerly awaiting installation of this and a host of other products we have developed for the new SLS.
Our long tube headers feature high quality, tri-metal, 200 cell sport catalytic cells and are ceramic coated to reduce heat in the engine compartment as well as combat against thermal stress. The headers are the perfect complement to our sound and performance exhaust and increase performance an additional +20 HP and +20 LB-FT! The headers are available now and retail for $8200.
Our Carbon Fiber front splitter and rear diffuser are now also available in beautiful, full carbon fiber for the SLS.
RENNtech proprietary aerodynamic upgrades for the Mercedes Benz SLS. Our carbon fiber front splitter integrates flawlessly with the original lines of the vehicle while boosting the overall testosterone level of the sporty SLS.
RENNtech’s one piece front splitter flows seamlessly into the front apron and is a simple, bolt on component which improves vehicle aesthetics and increases front end down force. This piece was designed and engineered in house by RENNtech and is a fully functional component which functions in complete harmony with our complementary rear diffuser. Retail $3950
Our rear diffuser is the companion component to the front splitter and functions to decrease drag and increase down force by improving the underbody airflow and its transition to ambient air. As with the front splitter, our rear diffuser is a quick and easy install that requires no modifications to the SLS’s rear bumper or underbody. THIS TURBO WAS DELIVERED TO US WITH AN AFTERMARKET EXHAUST AND ECU TUNE ALREADY INSTALLED, SO THE BASE LINE RUN SHOWN IS WITH THESE COMPONENTS INSTALLED. AFTER REPLACING THE EXHAUST AND INSTALLING OUR SOFTWARE, THE COMBINATION PUT DOWN 500 WHP AND 487 LB/FT TORQUE.
